How safe is to have the bot working with pauses 1hr each 3hrs, example: the bot stops at: 2:00, 6:00, 10:00, 14:00, 18:00, 22:00.? ?

Should be good to go. I run mine 3 hours on, 1 off pretty much non stop with no issues. Only hitting dead bases and gibarching.

We recommend to set time out hours, in a way that it will look that a real human is playing. For example, 1 break of 7-8 hours and another 2-3 breaks of 1 hour each. Also, it's recommend to change the breaks hours every few days.
